A subsidised Commonwealth Home Support Program. Physio, OT and Social Workers provide assessment and care based on individual needs to promote independence and safety within your own home and community.

Standing Strong is a physiotherapy-designed group exercise program for over 65s. The classes are delivered as a 10-week program running 4 times a year. We focus on building strength, balance, mobility and more.

We host an extensive range of friendly groups and activities for Seniors to enjoy. They are easy to join and no or low cost. We can also arrange individual support through our home and aged care visitor programs. 

ASSIST Building and Maintenance supports older people and people with a disability to stay safe at home. From simple home maintenance and light bulbs changes to major home modifications, ASSIST can help.

Our Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme & Social Support services provide support through volunteers for people who want to connect to others in their local community. Opportunities to volunteer are always available.  

Through our Home Support Program we provide domestic assistance including housework, cleaning and shopping, and can arrange personal transport with volunteers to help you stay independent at home.

Through our Home Support Program we provide a range of garden maintenance services including lawn mowing, trimming, relocation of taps and letterboxes, and general repairs to help you stay independent at home.
