Heal and Connect Eco Art Therapy
The Heal and Connect - Eco Art Therapy will be held over an 8 week period. Each session will be facilitated by professsional, registered art therapists and is designed to promote wellbeing and positive mental health. Small group activities will combine the healing aspects of nature and art. Sesions will be partially outdoors and require a small amount of walking.
Weekly on a Friday from 12:30 - 3pm
Friday 1st November to Friday 13th December
Activities will be held in Katoomba a five-minute walk from public transport. The precise location will be provided upon registration.
